Have you ever caught your Judge running your show?  I did just the other day for the umpteen time.  I became aware of how much my judge was comparing me to everyone and everything.  It was pointing out all the accomplishments& successes of others and smearing them in my face.  The judge had a great case with so much evidence that all I wanted to do was crawl into a hole and hide.  On this particular day, I felt like the world was coming to an end.  I felt so so small.  It was a dark, black place I was in that seemed infinite and never ending.  When I find myself consumed by the judge, its as if I can’t move, I’m paralyzed, I’m almost comatose.

So I started to explore the judge, its color and its message realizing that it really wants to keep me safe and protect me from saying the wrong thing, making a fool out of myself, or being embarrassed or ashamed.  I started to thank the judge for all it has done for me

because it has really done a good job at keeping me small and safe. 

And then I started to feel a little bit playful and invited my judge into my closet to play dressup and choose some really fun clothes.  And before I knew it-guess what the judge chose?  Some really bright turquoise sparkly , cool genie pants!  Right then and there the judge transformed into the most beautiful genie and took out her beautiful, magical bottle and this is what she told me:

When ever the judge starts to act up again and it is making you feel small and useless, call upon the genie and let her out of the bottle to speak the truth!  So I invite you all to do the same-when your judge is commanding you, dictating you-look at what the content is of the judgements and pass it on to your genie who can transform it into your magical

Dream reality.  What ever it is that is making you feel small or weakening you can become fuel to propel you forward towards manifestion.

Here’s to the Truth about how fabulous you are!

Part 1:
I’ve had the opportunity to help a friend in need move and pack.  One occasion was a pre-arranged time that I set aside to give her a few hours of my undivided attention to help her make decisions on packing up her belongings of 20 years.  On this particular day, I was in a real funk.  It happened to be the day the hurricane was supposed to hit on the East Coast and my insides felt like they were questioning everything and anything.  I could have easily not gotten out of bed or called her with a volume of excuses.  Yet, I stuck to my plan and kept myself very busy during the day going to market, cleaning the house (attending to chores) before I went off to be of “help” so I wouldn’t feel guilty leaving a dirty home or uncompleted tasks. 

So I arrived at her house and was welcomed by an avalanche of STUFF. I immediately went into the service mode.  We attacked her closet and made decisions of what to keep, give away, and bring on her year long travel.  Time flew.  I was immersed and totally able to be in her skin and help her make decisions piece by piece. And in the process, I noticed I was feeling lighter and lighter.  After 4 hours of this helping therapy, I drove home and noticed I was absolutely ELATED.  I noted to myself that I need to make a list of my friends who might need my help and the next time I’m in a "funk" I can whip out my list and call one of them up and ask how I might help them.

I had a pleasant surprise the next day.   I awoke with the most peaceful feeling ever.  It was like the calm after the storm. And I got word from the daughter that she was safe and sound after the hurricane evacuation and would be going back to herapartment.  I then listened to Michael Beckwith speak about how our Needs are already met and I witnessed a miracle manifestation by Cynthia Keresey who summoned the Agape audience to come forward in giving to handle the communities financial shortfall.  And before our eyes we got a demonstration about how our needs really are met!!
